The Gable Ends are made with the recycled triangles from our birdhouses. We've been saving them for years hoping to find a use for them and we finally did!The Seed Trays  are constructed from the narrow pieces of wood left over from our birdhouses. The trays have screen bottoms which allow the seeds to remain dry. Because of their light weight, additional trays can be added. |

The Roof is constructed witih plywood from flooring contractors' subfloor scraps. The plywood is covered with 1/3 of a used or leftover asphalt roof shingle. The single is glued to the plywood with heavy-duty construction adhesive and sealed at the ridgepole. Three roof suppors provide strength and a solid hold for the screw eye and chain. |
